Book your flu vaccine at reception now!





Please support your GP practice by having your Flu vaccine at the surgery as opposed to going to a Pharmacy.



Child vaccinations (nasal spray) available from October 2018


Glebe House is able to offer a flu vaccine free on the NHS for:

• Anyone over the age of 65
• Pregnant women
• Anyone who is very overweight (with a body mass index over 40)
• Children and adults with an underlying health condition (particularly long-term heart or lung disease)
• Children and adults with weakened immune systems


An annual flu vaccine nasal spray is also now offered to healthy children aged two and three years old, and to children in school years one and two.


If you do not wish to receive the flu vaccination this year for any reason, please let us know and we will update your records.



Do you find it difficult to get to and from the surgery?   If so Bedale Community minibus volunteers are here to help. They run a transport service to and from the surgery every Tuesday.  For further details please ask at reception.




Please note the layout of the car park has changed from week commencing 4th June 2018.  The staff car park will now be located first on the right on entering the car park. 



Did you know we have Clinical Pharmacist who works at the practice one day a week ?  His name is Rob and he works with the practice every Wednesday.  He can do medication reviews and discuss queries you may have regarding your medication.  Contact reception for further information.




Did you know we have a Nurse Practitioner Lisa Kitson.  Lisa is a an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) She has been a Nurse Prescriber since 2003. She can undertake assesment and clinical management of patients with health problems or illness. She can arrange blood tests, referrals and admission if necessary. Her clinical interests include Respiratory Disease, Dermatology and Sexual Health.
