Please note prescriptions will need to be reauthorised by the doctor so may not be ready within the normal timescales. Please allow 5 working days for routine prescriptions.
All online access to EMIS has been suspended and new login details and passwords will need to be generated on our new system (SystmOne) Patients will need to come in to reception to register for the new system.
Patients are unable to collect log in details for their relatives unless we have written consent due to confidentiality and GDPR guidance.
Children can have access via their parents online access upto the age of 11. Once a child turns 16 they can then come in and register themselves again for online access and obtain their own log in details.
