Ordering Prescriptions Over the Telephone

After consultation with the Glebe House Surgery Patient Participation Group it has been decided that as of 5th November 2017 we will no longer be accepting requests for prescriptions made over the telephone. There are a number of reasons for this decision which has been taken with patient safety in mind.

You will still be able to request prescriptions by post, at the surgery and by use of the patient online service portal. You cannot request prescriptions from local pharmacies by telephone but they do have a prescription box where you can leave your request and they will bring them to the surgery for you. We are very grateful to the local pharmacies for providing this service.

If you would like to sign up for online services, please contact reception and they will issue you with the relevant details, or alternatively click on the Patient Access button on the Welcome page of this website. Patient Online also has an App so you can use all Patient Online Services from your mobile telephone.
