Covid booster and Flu vaccinations

Following yesterday’s announcement from the JCVI and Government about the covid booster programme we are planning how we will deliver this locally.  Eight Hambleton GP practices will work together again to deliver this from a site in Northallerton in a similar way to the initial vaccine programme which we successfully ran earlier in the year.  This will also include our flu programme, enabling co-administration of the vaccines as per the national advice.  We will also be able to provide vaccines to those who still need their 1^st / 2^nd doses, and for those who are severely immunosuppressed that now require a 3^rd dose to complete their initial course.  We will follow the JCVI cohorts 1-9 as before, vaccinating our most vulnerable communities first.  You will receive a text message, telephone call or letter when it is your turn.
