Friends and Family Responses September 2024
We have assessed our patient’s Friends and Family responses for September 2024 and we are very pleased to share the results with our patients as below.
Although we are unable to directly respond to patients due to the returns being anonymous, we share feedback with the staff and discuss issues raised to improve our service. We do ask patients to complete a Friends and Family response after each appointment to ensure we are always providing the best care and service we can.
