Friends and Family Responses February 2025

We have assessed our patient’s Friends and Family responses for December 2024 and we are very pleased to share the results with our patients as below. 

Although we are unable to directly respond to patients due to the returns being anonymous, we share feedback with the staff and discuss issues raised to improve our service. We do ask patients to complete a Friends and Family response after each appointment to ensure we are always providing the best care and service we can.

If patients wished to also leave the surgery a Google Review, this would be greatly appreciated.
