About Us

Glebe House Surgery is a modern purpose built surgery. The surgery is designed with the disabled in mind. There are currently 5 partners, along with a 2 salaried GP’s and Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Glebe House Surgery is committed to providing information to all of our patients and service users in a format that they can understand. We can provide information in large print and on coloured paper for those patients that require it. If you are a patient or a carer with information or communication needs please let us know so that we can provide you with information that is appropriate to your needs and record those needs so that those needs may be met by all who are involved in your care.

Examples of communication/information needs include disability, impairment or sensory loss. We have access to a number of resources that can help us to communicate and inform in an appropriate manner and we will do our utmost to source any information that you may need in a format appropriate to your needs. These resources include documents available as Audio DVD and in Braille and in large print. Please ask for copies.
