Applying for SystmOnline
SystmOnline is the online service for patients to arrange appointments, request medications and to view your medical records. You can apply for the service at reception and receive a handout of your login details. Please be aware we can only give the login details to the person the login are for unless we have written consent; this is so we are complying with strict data protection laws.
For Under 18s
A child under the age of 11 years can be placed under the account of a parent and provides the same services. If a child is under your account, you will be asked whose record you want to access when you log in. Between the ages of 11 and 16 we are unable to provide an online service for safeguarding purposes.
Once a child turns 16 they are able to request their own online access. Please be aware a parent cannot request access for their children over 16 without their written consent.
For Carers
If you care for someone, you can request access to their online account on their behalf if they are without capacity. This also applies for under 18s but is separate from parental responsibility.

SystmOnline is a third party service provided by TPP who also provide for our computer systems, SystmOne, at the surgery.
All information that is sent to your surgery via systmonline is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
